Start your journey by submitting an inquiry form. You’ll then receive an access to our proposal page outlining the project details, and you can book an optional call to discuss your needs further. Once you’re ready, sign the contract and send the deposit. Onboarding documents will be sent to you within 48 hours to kick things off smoothly.
Next, you'll complete a questionnaire to provide the necessary information. We’ll plan the sitemap (navigation, pages, sections), list required features and apps, and present template/theme options. Be sure to share all assets and content before the start date to keep everything on track.
During this phase, we’ll customize the chosen template/theme according to your branding & content, work on the backend setup, and perform a quality check to ensure everything functions as intended.
Once your website is ready, you’ll receive a Handoff Kit that includes a website tutorial to help you update your site. We’ll also provide launch graphics (mockups and a 30-second showreel), which you can use to announce your stunning new website.
We offer 15 days of post-handover email support to assist you with any questions or adjustments after your website goes live.
